Annemarie and Erik Stenfors' Biography


Chef Erik Stenfors is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America.  Chef Stenfors has lent his expertise to such notable institutions as the Jared Coffin House, Tosca, Atlantica and the Winsor House Inn and many other fine restaurants.  He has enjoyed the unique opportunity of being employed as a private Chef, an experience he credits with allowing him to develop his own culinary style as well a tailoring his cuisine to the individual palate, an invaluable experience.  Chef Stenfors intends to use this wide variety of experience to serve the clientele of Saportio's as though each individual were a guest in his home.

Annemarie Stenfors is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America.  Annemarie has worked with notable chefs such as Kenneth Origer, Chef/Owner of Clio in Boston and George Germon and Johanne Killeen, Chef/Owners of Al Forno Restaurant in Providence, Rhode Island.  Annemarie was the Banquet Chef of Atlantica in Cohasset.  Annemarie has spent her summers in Hull and is very excited to be returning to the area.
